About the Event

Overlooking spectacular views of the vineyards and valley, the program opens with Gabriella Smith’s high intensity Carrot Revolution, followed by the impressionist colors of Germaine Tailleferre’s String Quartet, and Golijov’s sublime Tenebrae. The program will conclude with Joel Thompson’s socially charged In Response to the Madness, and Beethoven’s turbulent, yet ultimately triumphant String Quartet in C minor, Op. 18 No. 4.

Complete the wine country experience! Picnic packs are available as an add on purchase at the time of ticket purchase. Picnicking on the grounds will be open from 5:30 until the start of the concert.
